genie app store shows incorrect device case # 19675450

Decided to take the plunge and create a new account with a different email as the one the device was registered with would not allow to log in, so after creating account logged in from dashboard and all seemed to be working showed available apps for my Duo v2, so i then went back to the web page genie.netgear.com and logged in and was suprised to see it showed my device as NV+ v2 RND4000 the only thing that was correct was the serial number, is this a bug or is it because the 2 devices have the same Architecture.

  • Can you PM me the serial number of your ReadyNAS so I can have a look in the system here?

    They have the same architecture and most, if not all, apps for the one should run on the other.

    edit: got the PM, created case # 19675450 to check
    edit2: escalating the case, seems to be just with this serial/account.
  • Should be solved now some time ago now, just didn't get the update, can you check and report back please?
