I have had good luck with the Hitachi HDS5C3030ALA630 drives I have put in my two NVX units (2 each) to increase the capacity over what I was getting with 4x1TB drives. They are Newegg three times as Hitachi uses opaque anti-static bags and only puts the part numbers on the outside. Granted they are 5900 RPM drives but I have not noticed that much of a difference on my NVX as they still saturate the bandwidth (70-75MB/s file transfer speed), although they may be a little slow in the Pro 6. The three are listed as 0S03230 - a bare drive for $237 (I have 5 of these, 1 is a spare), 0S03228 - retail boxed for $218 and 0F12460 - another bare drive for $247. If you look at the detail images of the drives on the Newegg website, you will not that the HDS5C3030ALA630 only appears on the drive label, and the three labels all have the same model number but are definitely different images. My four drives have been in service since last June. The 0S3230 is available from Amazon at $230. One of my drives came from Amazon and the other 4 from Newegg.
