hy, readyNAS RND 4210 no longer works!! now i have a new nas, Netgear RN21400-100NES ReadyNAS Serie 210 how can i replace the 4 hard drives? thanks very much

You can actually migrate your old disk to the new ReadyNAS OS 6 System provided that the disks are healthy, it should be in a working order for the data recovery to be successful. You will just have to follow steps that is provided on this KB article. Please make sure you follow the steps carefully as this will help recovery to be successful, support will provide assistance on getting the data accessible to be copied to another storage.
Note: Once you have contacted support, they may charge for any Data recovery services.
