    Hi Ulas

    Welcome to the community!

You may want to check your Snapshots from the date before you accidentally deleted the files.

Here is an article for that: Rollback a Snapshot

There are other recovery options as well from 3rd party apps that other users might suggest.

    hope this helps!

    Regards!

Since Rollback will destroy newer data, you may want to use Browse instead.  The instructions above get you to the right point, just chose Browse instead of Rollback.  You can select folders or files to restore.  Alternately, you can choose "Allow snapshot access" in the share's snapshot setting and browse via an external device.

        Hi Ullas

You may want to check ReclaiMe if it can recover lost/deleted data on the NAS or have it recovered by a specialist for a cost.

Other members might have better suggestions regarding recovering data.

        Regards
