How to Setup UPS on ReadyNAS 204
I am trying to find some discussion on how to setup and configure a cyberpower UPS for a ReadyNAS 204 system, with no success. Can somebody point to some instructions, etc. ? TNX. R. Colm...
What happens when you connect the USB cable between the Cyberpower UPS and the 204?
Note the UPS must have a USB port. We don't support using UPSes where a serial-to-usb cable is required.
Which firmware are you running on the 204?
Which model did you purchase?
I use cyberpower, all you need to do is connect the RN204 to one of the battery-powered outlets (some are only surge-protected), and connect the USB cable from the RN204 to the UPS.
It should show up on the power menu on the RN204.
