I have checked the model number on my NAS (RNDP6620-100NAS), it is not on NETGEAR's site?

That is a legacy ReadyNAS Pro 6 (RNDP6000).
There seem to be two threads on this.
I agree it's a pro, but the support site only has -200NAS for all pro models - if you enter RNDP6620-100NAS (or -100NAS for any pro) you get "model not found".

Yeah, I guess it was removed from the support site but the FW and manuals are the same with the v1. I think the -200 or v2 just have an upgraded memory but definitely same OS and architecture.

It will be confusing for anyone who just enters the model number found on the label, which is what happened here.

The Pro 6 is the one with (-200). takins has a Pro Business Edition that shipped with 6x2TB disks. The main difference between the Pro Business Edition and the Pro 6 is that the Pro 6 has a more powerful CPU.

They should put the -100 models back on the support site.
