You're right; there are very few 15mm fans available, let alone 15mm fans with airflow specs as good as that one.
I replaced mine with a Noctua NF-R8 PWM. It's a 25mm fan, but it fits if you slightly modify the shape of the ReadyNAS side panel with a hammer.
I'll take a photo of the side panel tonight and post it here.
