Well, I guess I will not be treating my Readynas with a hammer as it is still under warranty.
Netgear obviously gets this Fan model directly from the manufacturer located in Shanghai,
so the most elegant solution would be that Netgear puts it on a list of spare parts that can be ordered
by customers who know what they are doing.
