Congratulations. It must be a relief to have a quiet fan in the NAS.
You should probably test the new fan's cooling capacity, though, since it can flow only 2/3 the volume of the original Crown fan, and -- more importantly for this application -- it can generate only 1/3 the static pressure of the Crown fan. On a warm day, load the system -- perhaps by performing a disk scrub, or by running whichever of your applications is the most resource-intensive -- and watch the temperature in Frontview to make sure that it stays within safe limits.
