MISSING Volume after OS reset
My 4 disk unit has been working flawlessly forever. 2 pair of drives set as redundant. Volume C and Volume D.
I needed to get into the Raidar page but no longer had my password, nothing worked ...

Did you do an OS reinstall (which would preserve the files on the C volume)? Or did you do a factory default, which wouldn't preserve the files or configuration?
If you did a factory default, then you'd only have one XRAID volume (larger than what you had before).

We have 2 drives (#3 and #4) showing as volume D. (this is good)
Drive #1 and #2 have all data in them and were Volume C. They show in health as good drives but volume C is not longer showing.
How can we get these two drives to show as volume C without loosing the data on them? They are not being used for volume D.

Hi paulsb01,
Can you download the NAS system logs and provide it to us so we can review it? You may upload it to Google Drive then PM (private message) me the download link.
