Missing Volume ReadyNAS
I use the ReadyNAS as a backup device. It's been powered down for some time but i booted it up and found I couldnt connect to my shares. Logging on to the admin page revealed the volume is missing. Other threads suggest this might be corruption of the BTFS. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can restablish the volume without resorting to a full data recovery specialist? Screenshot of the issue attached.

This is hard to diagnose/repair - so I generally recommend either contacting paid support, or starting over and restoring the files from backup.
Though rn_enthusiast has sometimes offered to analyze log files and help people recover. Perhaps wait a bit, and see if he (or someone else) chimes in.

Hi Ians2021
Did you get this sorted? I was absent for a while so didn't see Steven's ping :)
Else feel fee to PM me the logs and I can take a look. System > Logs > Download Logs. It will download a zip file which you can upload to Google Drive, Dropbox or similar and PM me a link to grab them.
Cheers

Thanks for the message and offer to help. Netgear ProSupport managed to resolve the problem and recover my data so thankfully the issue is resolved.
