Need Assistance with Case #16244127, Bad PSU

Hi folks,

I am in North America and have a ReadyNAS NV unit that falls into the affected group listed here: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10259

The PSU unit in my failed last week, resulting in a small fireworks show and lots of smoke. I have opened a support case (16244127) in hopes of getting a replacement PSU, but have heard nothing back from Netgear. Any assistance resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
