May I ask if this is ReadyNAS NV+ v1 or v2? Also, what is the current firmware?
When removing disks, please make sure to always put the disk to the same bay where you removed it from, the disk order is very important. We are not sure yet if it still has data, if you can access the FrontView, get to Volume then Volume Settings. This will show the disks and RAID configuration, please post here the screenshot.
