No. Different platform and different filesystem.
Do you not have a backup of your data?
You should setup the new device and transfer the data over your LAN.
Netgear does offer assistance ( for a fee) in migrating disks directly from older to new readynas devices, but this is generally only necessary when the old device has suffered a hardware failure and is therefore a data recovery service. The procedure requires the user to backup the data once accessed so you would need disk space elsewhere anyway.

No. Netgear support can help you migrate the data, but you would need external storage to copy the data onto (restoring it later on after the new NAS reformatted the drives).
