Nice fan upgrade :-)
Well... a fan in one of my ReadyNAS'es got noisy again and I didn't feel like RMA'ing the device for a third time, so I figured I'd just replace both fans myself with quality Noctua alternatives. Was quite the job, but the result is schweeeeet :D
Upgraded to 4GB RAM while I was at it.
I have not ran the unit with disks inserted yet, am going to test & record temperatures & noise the coming days before I start using it in production again.
