no longer able to login as admin
My READY NAS continues to work fine and the data is accessible.
However, I can no longer login as admin. The admin recovery process simply loops with no response. I am pretty sure the recovery email and answer are correct.
My PLEX app is no longer active on the device so I need admin to turn it back on.
This has been working for months but lost power to the NAS today ...I logged in once to the admin but now I seem to be locked out.
I wondered about doing an OS re-Install but I am scared of losing my data on the NAS.
Readycloud has remote access to the NAS server.
Any suggestions?

One option is to back it up first (at least the most critical). You ought to have a backup plan in place for the NAS.
Though something can always go wrong, an OS-reinstall is designed to preserve your data.
