I feel your pain, buddy.
I did just yesterday get my volume back.
Thanks to $200 and Netgear's support.
But since I run my business off this device it was money well spent.
Netgear's communication was weak at best but they know what they are doing tech wise.
Took 5 days including last weekend, doubt any work was done over the weekend but who knows.
Had to put the system in DEBUG mode and sign a wavier allowing Netgear to access my system.
When all was said and done all my data was restored (3.8TBs) and all systems go.
Do yourself a favor invest in a usb back up drive. I know these X-Raid systems are internally redundant but if it goes down for whatever reason your covered. Drives are cheap nowadays.
Good Luck,
Kevin
