You cannot move your array intact to a V2 or X-86 based ReadyNAS. They use different formats. The only way to keep your array intact would be to move it to another NV+ (v1) or to replace your power supply.
Of course if you have a current and complete backup of all your data (of course you do) you can move them to a V2, perform a factory reset wiping the disks, establishing a new array and then restoring your data from the backup.
Some members moving from the NV+ (v1) to the NV+ v2 are not pleased with them because the feature set is not as robust and it has the new Frontview version which takes some getting used to. It does have support for NFS and rsync with the latest release of Frontview 5.3.5, but does not have a printer driver which the v1 did.
The NV+ v2 is faster than the v1, but another member on here moved from the v2 to the Ultra 4 and really liked it much better as it is faster than either of them. But either way, if you do not have a backup, you will need to replace the PSU to gain access to your data.
