You have to Down grade to 5.3.4 or earlier,
If you open up a ticket it will take hours of your life away for them just to tell you to replace your drives because they are NOT on the list..
I went through it all with them and finally I was the one that I told netgear the fix was go to back in the firmware to 5.3.4 or earlier.
