readycloud app not backing media
everything was working just fine i did new update on iphone 6 and now my media wont backup on the phone app i get uploading but it stays stuck and wont copy the photos

I am having the exact same issue. I am using an ipad with the latest ios version 11.2.1 and using the latest readycloud app. When I enable media backup and choose my folder, it says "uploading 60 files" and shows a status bar that just hangs and it doesn't upload. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Very frustrating. I have a Nighthawk R7000 router with a USB harddrive. Readycloud works fine from a web browser.

I called netgear and payed for 85.00 for tech support and they had no clue either
I guess i will have to go a different route any luck??

I've had similar issue previously. I was able to resolve it by uninstalling/re-installing the ReadyCLOUD app for iOS. Also, make sure that you are running on the latest firmware.

ReadyCLOUD App v2.0.0
Are you trying to backup your media files from iOS via WiFi or mobile data? If you are using mobile data make sure enable Use Cellular Data and if you want the media files to be backup automatically make sure to enabled Backup in Background.
