Readycloud is offline and cannot make it online again

Hi: I did follow all guides I found around about this subject, but nothing is working:
After a power cut, ReadyCloud stops working, showing Offline mode.
I CAN access the nas by the website (internal network), No problem.
I CAN access all the shares and disk over my network - No Problem
RaidAr access the nas and show no problems - also, all links work there.

BUT:
Readycloud shows the nas is offline (which actually it is)
On setting, I can see the nass working fine, internet connection ok.
I have the Dropbox app connected to NAS, and it is working fine, backing up my DRopbox account.
ReadyCloud is offline. Every time I tried to connect it, I got time out error 5000000000 etc
Readycloud cannot find the nas
I did log out and re-login - NOTHING
I did even create a new account but NOTHING
I did press the backup button for 5 seconds and retry: NOTHING
I did press the backup button for 10 seconds and retry: NOTHING
I did turn off the nas properly and turned it back on: NOTHING
I did restart the NAS: NOTHING
I did try the IP6 suggestion: NOTHING
I did restart the internet hub (BT latest model) : NOTHING
The name is updated to the latest firmware.

I have 4 computers using Reqadycloud as backup. Nothing is working, I assume, because the Readycloud is offline.
How can put ReadyCloud back online?
Is there any more trustable app than ReadyCloud I can use?
