ReadyNas 104 PSU problems, Volume is Dead now
Suspecting a dodgy power supply caused this mess: 12 May 2025 03:23:48 Volume: Volume data health changed from Dead to Inactive. 12 May 2025 01:00:24 Volume: Volume data is Dead...

Just for clarification: You never actually removed/re-installed any drives, correct? All those events are apparently from drives being underpowered.
At what point did you replace the power supply?

- Disks were not removed at all
- the only explanation of the disk removal events are form low power
- PSU was replaced an hr or so before the post, 15hrs after this:
12 May 2025 03:23:48 Volume: Volume data health changed from Dead to Inactive.

If you want me to take a look, then upload it into cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc), and send me a private message (PM) with a link using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.
Best not to post the link in a public forum, as there is some privacy leakage when you do that.

the unit is off right now in order to avoid further problems. there were some entries such as errors of the scheduled backup failing, however nothing dramatic as the one i posted.

There is a disk that isn't healthy, but the volume isn't mounting because of lost writes ("non-fresh disks").
I've provided a more complete analysis via PM.
