- Disks were not removed at all
- the only explanation of the disk removal events are form low power
- PSU was replaced an hr or so before the post, 15hrs after this:
12 May 2025 03:23:48 Volume: Volume data health changed from Dead to Inactive.

And yet there are no log entries after that?

the unit is off right now in order to avoid further problems. there were some entries such as errors of the scheduled backup failing, however nothing dramatic as the one i posted.

There is a disk that isn't healthy, but the volume isn't mounting because of lost writes ("non-fresh disks").
