readynas 312 unable to access admin through raidar or readycloud

I have backed up all data that is still accessable from readycloud,

If you aren't sure that you have all the data, then try accessing the NAS directly from file explorer (or finder on a Mac) - not using ReadyCloud. That should also work. With windows, just enter \\192.168.x.x into the file explorer address bar (using the IP address of course, and using the correct slash).
If you haven't tried directly accessing the admin web interface (again avoiding ReadyCloud), then try https://192.168.x.x/admin in your browser (clicking through any security warnings you get). If that works, then you can likely avoid the reset.
