ReadyNAS 314 - No Volumes Exist

I have a ReadyNAS 314 and i had a power adapter failure. After i got the new power adapter, the system now shows, "No Volumes Exist". I'm hoping i don't have to lose all of my data. Any fixes? I'd like to at least have the device working. Any help is appreciated.

    Likely this was a consequence of the power adapter failure (some pending disk writes might have been lost when the adapter failed).

     

    The best approach is to contact paid support (my.netgear.com).  They might be able to mount your volume w/o needing the more expensive data recovery.  https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service

     

    Do you have a backup of the data?  If so, you could just do a factory reset and restore the data from your backup.
