I have asked engineering for an update on where we are at with qualifying 10TB disks. Only enterprise disks will be suitable for the RR3312. We do have to run some tests to verify whether disks are compatible or not.

WillI be able to use the WD4002FYYZ (4TB, WD Gold, Enterprise) drive in the unit? This one is also not on the list, but it is an enterprise drive

Disks not on the list may be incompatible. On the other hand they may work fine.
Only enterprise disks are suitable for the RR3312

When is the last time the list was updated? As per original post, not even 10TB are on the list with the website states it is supported. The outdated compatibility list makes it difficult to sell NAS solutions.
