I think it's just ReadyDROP which isn't on x86 (not sure). I can see Remote ReadyNAS advertising Time Machine but haven't tried backing up to a Remote NAS.
When I look at the feature comparison chart on the Netgear site there are many features that aren't even listed on the "Business NAS" comparison list like the media streaming features. I haven't had a hands on experience with either of them, and by the looks of your links in your signature you probably have. I was wondering if this was the case, as they are both x86 models, it just wouldn't make sense to me to limit the supposedly "higher end" model, but I don't know, as its geared towards business consumers as opposed to home users...
So, there would be absolutely nothing I'm missing out on by going with the Pro 2 over the Ultra 2 Plus?
How likely is it that Raidiator v5 is coming to the x86 models?
