Thanks all for the reply,
The plug is not physically burned, it's just not supplying energy.
I tried with other fans and they were not working.
So far I have the fan supplied externally thru a 12v adapter, running full speed, and having 30°C in the NAS (which is good fur coming summer).
I'll have a chat with Netgear Support to see how to fix the problem.
