Power down, remove each disk in turn and check it using vendor tools. Replace before turning nas on.
If you verify that all of the disks are perfect, you should also do a memory test.
Do you have a a backup?
As StephenB has mentioned, a full OS partition is a possibility but will need someone to access the unit in tech support mode.
