ReadyNAS Password re-set failure

I have gone to the https://<readyNAS-URL>/password_recovery/
I added the correct URL for the device
I put in the correct email address
I answered the security question
...
Were you able to get your Password recovered? or reset? Hope everything's doing fine now.
