ReadyNAS Pro 4 zero bytes available after fw update, no failures

Hello!

My ReadyNAS Pro 4 [X-RAID2] was auto-updated to fw RAIDiator 4.2.31, and after that I see "Zero bytes available" when connecting to device via AFP (files are available but can't write a new ones). Admin console shows that all is OK and 74% of 8326 GB used. And, I can't downgrade fw version because "update file is not valid for this architecture". Please help!

What are you trying to downgrade to?

Do you have write access if you use SMB?

Are there any issues in the log related to filesystem errors?

It would be wise to back up the files.

If it’s a 4.2.x firmware you’re trying to downgrade to this would suggest that your 4GB root volume might be full.

Unless you already have SSH installed this would need to be fixed via tech support mode.

      Which services are you running?

Do you have any add-ons installed?
