ReadyNAS RN314 - folders and files not showing with the readycloud login

Hi,

Device: RN314

Firmware: 6.10.1

I had a power failiour in the office and after power came on we had lost access to my folders and files via the ready cloud website. the files still accesable localy but i cant see them remotly via the readycloud website.

I have multiple users who access these files and they have all lost access via the readycloud website. Under the manage tap i can see all my users but there are no files shared with them. 

how can i gain access to my folders and files via the readycloud website?
