I would start by clearing the active sessions via the (net use /delete *) command and then try remapping the drives/shares. I would also try disconnecting the lan cable from the readynas while running a continuous ping to it to see whether this is being caused by an ip address conflict due to a dhcp server, sounds silly but Ive seen this be the cause of the issue more times than you can imagine
