It can be because I'm a romantic :lol: Something that has been with me since so long ago....
No matter why, the point is... One month ago I would have HW replacement (by free!!) and now I'm talking to Support to pay for a replacement.
I already reviewed prices and where to buy it. The decission was taken after the first error, I'm yet trying to assume it :rofl: and a second plan from support (you must have always a backup... also for plans).
