ReadyNAS Ultra 2 not turning on
Hi,
I have purchased a ReadyNAS Ultra 2 yesterday and the unit was operating correctly. Today, I found that the unit was off (no lights on/fan not spinning) and after checking RAIDar, it appeared that the unit was not running.
I have tried removing the power cable and replugging the power after 5 minutes to no response.
I have tried resetting the unit, holding the reset button and replugging the power cable but there was no response yet again.
I suspect this may be an issue with the power supply.
