readynas ultra 4 and wd disks?
hi! i have finally uppgraded from a readynas duo to a readynas ultra 4, i heavent installed it yet because im waiting for a 2tb harddrive that i ordered,its an usb drive from western digital, insid...
thanks for your answers, i think ill just do it like this,
i plug the usb drive in the duo and copy all the files to it, the i remove 1 disk from the duo and put it in the ultra 4 and the starts to copy allt the files in to the ultra, and when thats done ill add the second drive from the duo to the ultra.
I have a 1tb drive that i can put in the duo and have that one as an extra backup to my photos from my ultra.
is that a good and secure solution?
