Readynas Ultra 4 Died
My readynas device will not boot up. First I thought it was a corrupt image, but then I pulled out all 4 hard drives. System still will not boot up. Once you hit the power switch, the fan starts up an...
You stated that you removed the 4 drives. But, you never mentioned whether you replaced the 4 drives or installed a blank spare drive for testing. No ReadyNAS will boot without at least one drive installed. You might want to go back through your diagnosis with a spare drive installed.
