It may be a batch run thing. It seems to me that the production run is in batches, so the last batch may not have been enough to cover the demand for the Ultra 4 + in the European market. If you are looking in a physical store versus on line, you may want to try online.
But, considering the price difference, the Pro 4 is a very good option. The additional 2 year warranty is IMO worth the difference. While I cannot speak to the UK, in the US it is 7 to 8 percent ($40 to $50).
