ReadyNAS Ultra 4 UPS Configuration Greyed out
Hi, I searched around and couldn't find any other postings for this issue. I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 4 and a ReadyNAS NV+. I had setup a new UPS connected to the NV+ and allowed the Ultra 4 to monitor the UPS via the NV+. I later purchased an APC Network Management Card. When I went back to change the Ultra 4 to monitor the UPS via SNMP, both the check boxes for the "Enable monitoring of UPS physically attached to a remote ReadyNAS" and "Monitor UPS over SNMP" are greyed out, so I cannot modify the settings to how I want them. Is there any way to reset these settings to default without having to completely do a factory default on the Ultra 4?

- In RAIDar, does the UPS button for the Ultra 4 show green or blank?
If blank, it sounds to me as if the Ultra 4 is not recognizing the APC Network Management Card. I would try to go back to the previously working condition, or if you intend to take the NV+ out of service, connect the Ultra 4 directly to the UPS as you had the NV+ connected.
