What do you see if you power down, remove the disk, and start up the NAS w/o it?
Also, when you are running w/o the disk, does RAIDar see the NAS?

Thanks for the quick response.
I tried without a disk and the same message appeared (Readynas).
I also tried to connect to the nas through my networ with RAIDar. Nothing was found.
I tried both ethernet connectors.
Also what i notice is that the light at the ethernet connectors are not lighting up (datatransfer).
Nothing changed. display still shows "readynas".

Then something in the chassis has failed.
Did you run the memory diagnostic?

Sorry for the late response.
This is nog possible, because I don't see anything than 'Readynas' on the display.
