Sorry for the late response.
I tried the following:
From an old PC i removed the adaptor and connected it to the NAS.
the only connection i made was with the 24 pin connector.
So i did't connect the HDD.
The fan for the case starts spinning and only on the display 'readynas'.
I left it running for about 5 minutes. Nothing changed.
I also changed the memory, but this also nothing changed.
Still only on the display 'readyNas'

This could suggest a PSU issue.
