Readynas Ultra 6 (RNDU6000) -"Error No Disks Detected" after Memory Test
I have an Readynas Ullra 6 (RDNU6000) with 6x3TB installed. RAIDiator ver 4.2.31. Flex-RAID level-0. After viewing post from Mook1 "Ultra 6 Memory Upgrade Verification", post 1125490, I wanted to upgrade the Ram from the original 1GB to 2x2GB, which is the max for this unit I backed up all my media prior to trying this upgrade. I have physical raw Hard Drives backups for all my media. I purchased the same Ram with specs as User "sotrack" had posted photos of the RAM he uploaded. I ran the "Memory Test". After 5 hrs the display showed results "PSS-2, Error-O". Since I was unable to exit the memory test mode (didn't really know how to), I powered down the unit. After powering it back up, it is still in the Boot menu mode. The display shows "Boot menu". I pressed the back-up button to select "Normal" mode. I then pressed the reset button to reboot in "Normal".mode It reboots and now getting a display message "Error, no disks detected". I don't know what to do from here. Any suggestions would be apprecitated.

I just noticed that in my router's GUI, prior to disconnecting the ethernet, power cable to do the memory upgrade, I had the adress reservation of this NAS-Ultra 6, with Name "nas-EB-17-B6. After reconnecting the ethernet cable, the device name has now changed to "nas-EB-17-B7" which should not have happen. Not sure if this relates at all with the current problem "Error no disks detected" after the memory test. Also, if you look at the photo attached, the RIADar window no longer shows the model number, or firmware version like it used to prior to this problem I'm having. I now can't access the web GUI as well.

This is a ReadyNAS product.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
ReadyNAS Network Storage: Official NETGEAR Community
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.michaelkenward. I just mentioned the router situation but the problem at had is my Reaynas Ultra 6 Error-"No Disks Detected" and am stuck without being able to resolve it.

That's why I told you that this is the wrong place for help with your problem.
