Have you gone into "turn windows features on and off" and made sure that the SMB 1.0 client is enabled on the PC?
Microsoft is deprecating SMB 1.0. but your NAS doesn't support anything newer. So you do need it enabled to access the NAS.

Can you connect to the NAS by entering \\nas-name or \\nas-ip-address into the Windows File Explorer Address Bar?
Are you running Windows 10?

4.2.31 is the firmware your NAS is running. RAIDar's version is likely 4.3.8 or 6.4 - it would be helpful to known it.

i also have anything PC setup the exact same way (just incase my primary pc goes down i have another, and netflix in the background) and my nas works fine, browse button going to the server, not documents
