Do you mean 6.10.3? What were you upgrading from?
If it remains stuck, you'll need to pull the power and then reconnect it.

sorry Im upgrading to firmware 6.10.3.
What are you upgrading from? If the firmware was very old, you might have skipped some intermediate steps.

I already restarted several times. It is the same status, please consider the file attached.
USB recovery is likely the next step then. https://kb.netgear.com/29952/How-do-I-use-the-USB-Recovery-Tool-on-my-ReadyNAS-OS-6-storage-system#Manual_creation_for_ARM_systems
Do you have a backup of the data?

I used the RAIDar software to perform the firmware update, and I followed its screen instructions.
However, investigating this behaviour, I downloaded the update package from website, and along with -arm.img file, there is another file with intructions and warnings. One of warning is: "ReadyNAS 102, 104, and 2120 systems must not be updated directly to 6.10.x from 6.3.x or older firmware. They must first be updated to either 6.2.5 or 6.3.5 then to 6.5.2 and then to 6.10.x.".
Unfortunately I dont remember what was my previous firmware. :(
