ReadyNAS214 AD clients lose connectivity, reboot restores access for about 20 minutes

Our ReadyNAS 214 using AD permissioning has started to drop connection to the shares and security permissions rapidly.  About 20 minutes after a reboot, the access is lost. We have another one in a different location that does this every so often, but it is more manageable.  This one, the users cannot use it.  Firmware is 6.10.2.  Please help!
