Realocating sectors same time each day

Is this normal? (see log below)
Why does it happen at 04:00 every time? Does something happen then?
Is it a "correct" error or just a false positive?

Mon Oct 7 04:00:04 CEST 2013 Reallocated sector count has increased in the last day. Disk 2: Previous count: 93 Current count: 94 Growing SMART errors indicate a disk that may fail soon. If the errors continue to increase, you should be prepared to replace the disk.

Sun Oct 6 04:00:03 CEST 2013 Reallocated sector count has increased in the last day. Disk 2: Previous count: 92 Current count: 93 Growing SMART errors indicate a disk that may fail soon. If the errors continue to increase, you should be prepared to replace the disk.

    It is likely real, and you should replace the disk. You can check it on a PC using vendor diags if you wish.

    Note that the reallocated sector count is tracked by the drive itself, the NAS is just reporting what the drive is telling it.

    The NAS reads the count and sends an email out if it has increased at 4am each day.
