Removing ReadyCloud/ ReadyNas users post April 2023

Hi I still have a couple of ReadyCloud users on my ReadyNas RN104.

 

How do I remove them so there are only local users?

The readynas is running Firmware version 6.10.9

 

And is in all other ways performing well. I just need to remover the 5 remaining Cloud users that can no longer connect via the readycloud service.

    That can't be done from the web ui, and I have not found a way to do it with ssh either.

     

    Obviously a factory reset would do it, but almost certainly not worth the pain.

    ReadyCLOUD is officially terminated, and no longer will be available at service or support.

     

    Performing a Factory reset may erase all the data. If you are concerned about the data you can backup all the data and perform a factory reset. But that would be complex. 

     

    It is possible to remove the user from the ReadyCLoud account from the GUI. Since it is terminated, it would not much possible to remove the user from the account.
