Retail or Re-furb?

The vendor was NewEgg.com. Yes, I suspect the issue is theirs with the lack of outer box/packing material for one of the units.
Now, as both devices are up, updated, running, this *itch of mine is with the vendor will have to wait, or, become an off-line discussion
with the vendor. Perhaps the trouble is in Memphis, TN where my units shipped from? However, both units came from China. Clearly,
somebody is not 'sealing' the Netgear product boxes to my experience.
