No. The envelope with the CD and registration was OK.
Well, the 'new' internal packaging is just a simple cardboard tray. The baggie holding 8 HD screws was sealed.
No. There were NO STICKY areas on the outside of the Netgear/ReadyNAS box. :shock: The primary reason I raised this thread !! :shock:
The vendor was NewEgg.com; yet my 2 units were shipped from Memphis, TN.
Yes, I am aware of NewEgg high-jinks! Not much different than other vendors I use. Yes, understand the HG policies. These units may FROM a NG round-robin RMA/Return. I just can not tell ATM. And, I did NOT buy 'Open-Box' choices. Well aware of the NewEgg open-box policies.
