So I just setup my Readynas Ultra 2 enclosure and with 2x WD20EARS-00MVWB0 (2TB each) in X-RAID 2
then i hooked em up to my desktop and used the WDIDLE3 tool to fix LCC issue
now im running them in the nas again and doing some speed tests
IOMeter
Read: 25-30 MB/s
Write: ~85 MB/s

Drag and Drop
Read: ~110 MB/s
Write: ~63 MB/s

(Im using the method described here: http://www.readynas.com/?p=310)
Note: i did the tests 3 times to confirm
any comments?
i realize this shouldn't be possible
My NET setup:
WNDR3700 Dualband router
RNDU2000 and with 2x WD20EARS-00MVWB0
HP elitebook with Gigabit wired ethernet

did you use a 3 gig or bigger file? - Retired_Memberwhoa wait!
this is normal speeds for this setup?
i used a 1.3 GB iso file
